eConsult were trying to reach GP’s with the message that eConsult can help them digitize their triage process. One of the major differentiators of eConsult is how many questions a patient is asked during the triage process. This was highlighted by using a real life senario of someone whose life was saved by answering the additional questions, not normally asked during the triage process. Two paid social media posts were created and served to promote the brands key feature - asking too many questions.
